As a FATclub member, you receive 5% discount on everything in our webshop for 365 days and 20% discount on all repairs in our stores. In addition, you benefit from an extended 30-day return period and priority repair service. Your membership is easy to activate and valid for a full year.

Up to 7% Discount in the Webshop

As a FATclub member, you receive 5% discount on all purchases in the Fatdaddy webshop for one year. This applies to almost the entire range: from e-scooters and electric bikes to parts and accessories.

Unlock an extra 2% discount when paying with bank transfer, allowing your total benefit to reach up to 7% per order.

20% Discount on Repairs

In addition to purchase discounts, you receive 20% off the total price of any repair in one of the Fatdaddy stores. Perfect for keeping your electric bike in top condition without high costs.

No Call-Out Fees for On-Site Repairs

As a FATclub member you pay no call-out fee when we perform a repair on location in Amsterdam (maximum 1 free visit). More information about on-site repairs can be found here.

With your FATclub membership you receive priority repair service, meaning you won’t have to wait long and your repair will be completed before others.

Free Annual Service Check (worth €69)

Your membership includes a free annual service check for your electric bike worth €69. If parts need to be replaced afterwards, you also receive 20% discount on those parts.

Extended Return Period

FATclub members benefit from an extended return period of 30 days, instead of the standard 14 days. This gives you extra peace of mind when shopping.

Easy and Fast Activation

Activating your membership is simple and can be done online. Once activated, you can immediately start enjoying all benefits. The membership is valid for 365 days from activation.

Your FATclub membership is linked to one account, but you can place unlimited orders throughout the year.

Terms & Conditions

With a FATclub membership you enjoy a full year of major discounts in our webshop. The discount can be used unlimited times, but only on the account linked to the membership. Your membership expires automatically and can be renewed at a reduced rate during the last week.

You can place as many orders as you like using your own Fatdaddy account, shipped to an address in the Netherlands or Belgium.

Repair discounts are only valid in Fatdaddy stores upon showing your FATclub membership and for products purchased with the membership. If the product was not purchased at Fatdaddy, discounts are determined case-by-case. Products already discounted are excluded from additional FATclub discounts.

Your membership is linked to your account, so you can decide for yourself what you order and for whom. Long story short, yes. 

We do not have a fixed model of loan bikes, so you may be given a different type of bike or even a different type of transport! 

You can borrow the bike for a maximum of 1 day, after which you pay a fixed amount per day. It is possible that all loan bikes are already in use; no rights can be derived from availability.

You are not committed to anything, except for substantial discounts in the first year. After that, you can always cancel your account via this link.

Your FATCLUB membership is automatically renewed each year using the payment method you used to purchase your membership. You can change the payment method in your account. To cancel, please contact our customer service department.
