When is external charging not possible?

External charging is disabled on all BDU37YY drive units, when the BDU31YY drive unit’s Multi-Purpose Port (MPP) is set as a High Power Port (HPP), or if the MPP functions as a light port with a light exceeding 6 watts active. It also does not work on BDU38YY, BDU34YY, and BDU33YY drive units if the High Power Port, Low Power Port, and light ports over 6 watts are active simultaneously. If charging is disabled for these reasons, restart your eBike to reactivate the charging function.

Can I customize the display settings?

Yes, you can configure the display with 30 different options using the eBike Flow app, allowing you to tailor the interface to your preferences and riding style.
